	Ken Rousell Ken has worked in the Building Industry for the past 35 years. During much of this time he has worked in the Roofing Industry, but is also highly experienced in many other areas of general property maintenance. An approved insurance industry contractor and principal founder member of the RCC, Ken provides specialist roofing skills and experience, and strong links with outsourced roofing and other building specialists. "My work brings me face-to-face with homeowners every day. I really enjoy having the chance to speak with them and to get their views. This helps us to constantly improve the service we can provide.”
	Colin Debenham In 1996 Colin retired from the Royal Air Force after 25 years’ military service in key executive appointments at varying management levels. Between 1997 and 2009 he has worked as a director or senior manager within several businesses involving environmental, energy saving, asset protection and antimicrobial technologies, two of which are now trading internationally. Chairman of the RCC, his key roles are business strategy and planning, training and co-ordination of marketing and sales. "My focus is on building the infrastructure and team necessary to grow the Company quickly. Reliability, prompt delivery of services and listening to our Members’ needs are amongst my top priorities.”
	Gordon D’Silva Gordon has been a chartered accountant since 1980. Over the years, he has played a key role in many businesses and is recognised as an expert in financial planning and business development. Gordon provides RCC with a lifetime’s experience in financial and tax planning / guidance / implementation, marketing and sales, and strategic planning. “At RCC we aim to deliver the best possible value for money for our Members. I look forward to overseeing this key objective as we take the business forward.”
	Eileen Debenham Eileen has a diverse business background involving running her own businesses, supporting start-up and growing SMEs and, at corporate level, working as PA to directors in Blue Chip companies. An accomplished office manager, she is responsible for office management / administration, marketing and sales support, secretarial support, IT management and databases. “I am passionate about delivering excellent standards of customer service and communicating clearly to all our Members. At RCC we intend to exceed expectations in all areas of our business.”
	Anne Stubbs Anne has extensive book-keeping experience in addition to a strong administrative and financial business background. She has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 1993 and has been a financial advisor for nine years in addition to owning her own mortgage business for a further eight years. She holds both financial planning and mortgage accreditation. Office administration, marketing and sales support, together with book-keeping and banking are her key roles within RCC. “I always attempt to provide people with clear, honest advice. They can then make their own decisions and choices. At RCC, it is important for us that our Members choose the membership that suits them best – then everyone is a winner!”
