"We came across Ken Rousell in the early days of Roof Care Club when we had problems with our 1930s semi-detached house in Sanderstead.  The roof had been leaking in a number of areas during the heavy Autumn rains; we called RCC and Ken came out in the midst of a storm and sucessfully fixed our leaking roof in three places.  This was a real answer to our prayers and we were so grateful for the kind and helpful services that Ken / RCC provided that we signed up for the following year.

We have been members since RCC started and have called them out on a few occasions.  They have always been extremely helpful and willing to sort out the relevant problems and I would not be without their service!  Ken is very friendly and now provides the public with a service that 'no home should be without'.  I have since persuaded my parents to take up coverage on their own home in Purley; this provides them with invaluable protection provided by skilled professionals."
